Problem Note 38735: Theme images are missing in SAS Web applications

When security policies are in place to block specific characters contained in URLs (such as //), one or more of the SAS Web applications might not display theme images. Following is an example of what you might see when this problem exists.
Specifically, this issue has been reported when SiteMinder is in use.
Affected applications include SAS® Web Report Studio and SAS® Information Delivery Portal.
